0-04 QUICK DISCONNECT- HEAVY DUTY BUTTON ADAPTER The QD Adapter is made out of Mil-Spec 1" nylon, a 1 male National Molding side release buckle, and a Grov-Tec phosphate coated 1-1/4 quick detach heavy duty button sling attachment. The QD Adapter was designed to attach our sling to weapons that have the commonly available rear single point sling attachments made by Tango-Down (PR-16A4), & GG&G QD Sling Thing for front dovetail side rails.
I bought this QD adapter to use my existing three (yes, I like them that much) Urban ERT slings with my new SIG Sauer MPX. I knew the pistol came with a sling, but the Urban ERT sling is simply the best sling I have ever used, so I wanted to have it available for the MPX. As it turned out, the adapter that came with the SIG sling worked with Urban ERT, but when I got this adapter there was no comparison. The Urban ERT adapter uses better components. The steel ring is much thicker than the one out of the box. The jumbo button is easier to use. Overall, I have to say that this is yet another product Urban ERT has done right. I highly recommend it and all of their other products I own.

I upgraded mash hooks on my FN SCAR to quick disconnects and am very happy with the change. Solidly built.
I have 2 ERT slings and have had great service from them all. Recently needed to convert to quick disconnecters. I bought the QD jumbo button adapters and they work extremely well. Competitive products that I have used on other weapons have a much smaller button, which is dangerously hard to use.
