    Modular Adapters

Posted by John on Oct 13 2026

A key advantage of the Urban ERT sling system is it's versatility. You can quickly change either end of the sling to different types of attachment. This allows you to handle multiple attachment points on a single weapon, or use the sling for multiple weapons. And in support of this feature, they have a wide selection of adapters, in a wide selection of color and camo patterns. Of course, there are the standards, QD, Mash Hook, HK Clip, stud and 1"webbing loop, the latter which also allows you construct your own adapter with a different attachment. There are even several weapon specific "wrap" adapters for weapons which do not have an attachment point. The glaring hole in this selection is a Paraclip option, which you can make yourself if you wish. Perhaps leaving this option out was because the Urban ERT system uses 1" and the Paraclip uses 1 1/4" webbing.

This is my 3rd Urban ERT sling. The most versatile weapon sling I have ever tried. With all of the various adapters and accessories, I can configure any rifle I own for whatever setup I want....

I purchased a new adapter when the one I bought on Ebay broke while at the range. So far, this one is of a far greater quality and I highly recommend it. The price was great as well.....
